At Merrymi Blade, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements may be accepted. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items, including disposable vapes and related products.
You may be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The item was faulty on arrival (DOA)
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used disposable vapes
- Products with broken safety seals
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Clearance or promotional items (unless faulty)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at

To help us process your claim quickly, please include:

- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability and your preference.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: 3–7 business days
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was made by Merrymi Blade.
Replacements
If a replacement is approved:
- We will ship a replacement at no additional cost
- Replacement items are dispatched as quickly as possible using tracked delivery
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
